Little Steps to Bright Futures Childcare and Preschool

I love this school. They treat your kids as family. I have never had to worry about my boys while they attended Little Steps to Bright Futures. The staff is great. The owner does an amazing job communicating with parents. I wish I could give them 20 stars.

This is hands frown the most amazing school around! The caring staff is hard to beat! My son has grown so much since he started here!

Lack of professionalism, Lack of proper teacher/director training on handling a 3yr old , if I could provide a negative Star I would ,I was going to explain our issue but we will handle it another way. i don't recommend to any parent under any circumstance .

Loved this daycare for my child, if we didn’t move out of state, my daughter would’ve never left until elementary. A few bumps, with my daughter constantly getting sick. She had every daycare sickness lol !!! Horrible ear infections due to it. But I never had a problem with the teachers. Ms.stella and Ms.gladys are awesome. They care for my child and loved her. Help me with potty training even taught her Spanish. Even the language barrier, communication was simple and straight to the point . Ms.dale even taught my daughter sign language! Will miss them dearly !! I loved that it was small and each class was right next to the other. My daughter ask about them everyday ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f! The director was very professional! Easy to talk to and able to voice my concerns. Love the diversity of the children and staff.

I am absolutely apalled with the school. I have been looking for a daycare to send my daughter to you for months, I came across a little steps to Bright futures and from the reviews and the website looks amazing the walk-through looks great Miss Jackie the head director seemed amazing so I started my 21 month old daughter in school on a Monday I stayed around because she’s been with me for her entire life come to find out she’s at the window screaming and crying petrified and scared and the teacher is standing there paying no mind to my daughter, having a conversation with the other teacher. I said something and the response was “ you have to take into confiscation that another child was dropped off” the other mother had dropped off her child and left my 21 month old little girl was left by herself scared in a new place with new people staring out of the window SCREAMING CRYING for her mommy With no one consuling or soothing her. Simply ignoring and neglecting her. so I decided to take her out and try again the next day with a different teacher in a different classroom which Miss Jackie the director said to do but my daughter came up to have 102 fever the next morning so I called in and asked if we can just start next week fresh. Miss Jackie told me yes we can do that but you still Have to pay for this week. My daughter was only in that school for about 25 minutes before I pulled her out because she was crying the entire time again left alone what a horrifying thought to have your baby feel. Miss Jackie told me they cannot use the money towards next week not only that but I’d have to pay two week cancellation fee because they have a two week with-drawl notice. Not to mention this lady couldn’t speak English that was watching my daughter she also snatched a toy out of her hand and threw back in a bucket and hardly said”NO” right as I was walking into the room after seeing and hearing my daughter from the parking lot. I do not know how the school has any good ratings I do not know how they are still in business. I will be reporting them to the department of children and wherever else is necessary. Not to mention I paid 160.00 for a week of care 85.00 registration fee and 20 for breakfast and lunch non of which will be refunded. This is just a disgrace of a school
