Ordered lrg cheese with extra cheese and we get a pizza with seemingly less cheese than a regular pizza!!
Dishonest and disrespectful staff. Ordered delivery to my hotel because I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go out. Delivery person refused to bring to my room and leave it and I had to go meet her in the lobby. She said it was company policy. I called pizza hut corporation and was advised that the exact opposite is true. The store refused to refund the tip I gave in advance, although she definitely didn't deserve one. Hopefully corporate will resolve this for me.
Improving in quality of pizza and delivery time recently. Very pleased.
The wait times are ridiculous, it’s been twice i’ve had issue with getting my food delivered BEFORE my food got cold. one time actually having to drive up there & then today the driver all the sudden has an emergency while bringing my food to me and never shows up and they don’t know when they’ll have another available driver. get it together!
My food was great. I would rate 4.5 stars but can't. Will return in the future.
