The employee had no clue how to make the coffee, she put like 20 oz of milk in the pitcher and then steamed it to use 2 oz of the milk. See didnt pull the shot right. She didnt tamper the milk. She doesnt know how to make coffee. If the owner sees this, either teach her or get rid of her. She was sweet but didnt have a clue what the roast she was using was I mean come on, I get it's a cigar shop but if you have a 10 thousand dollar machine you better know how to fricken use it.
Their customer service is outstanding. They sent me fresh cigars in a timely manner after a slight mishap with a cigar I bought. We really feel valued as a customer and will definitely be coming back when we're in town again. Thank you Cigar Paradise!
