World's worst customer service and management. Took me 28 minutes to get my order because the manager deleted it without verifying it had been served. Then she gave me an incomplete order and when I asked for the rest of what I had paid for she got an attitude. Worst of all was that when I got home the order was still wrong! Also employees were working without face masks near other employees in the food prep area! Avoid this location unless you enjoy long waits, incomplete orders and health code violations.
New manager at this location. They have you pull forward now to make the manager's drive thru time appear faster so you can wait 10 minutes in the parking lot now. They really don't care about customer service at this location. By pass and go to a different location .
quick accurate service. boat parking, fun watching all the rental boats crashing into each other.
No one took order I had to drive around to order. Then it took 10 minutes to get food. What is going on here. Please get some employees that want to work. I am also calling the owner.
This location on a Sunday at 9 pm is crazy busy. I was asked to pull aside for hot fries. I waited 15 min before going inside even though it's closed to see what the issue is with the order I paid for. No help did not even apologize for inconvenience or anything. Slow rude and will never come back. This is a major issue. People are pulling out of line after they ordered because they don't want to wait. 3 other customers are outside at door that got out of there car. What a hot mess the Dm has to get this location in order
