SailFit Sailing

Just returned from the March seminar and it was an excellent seminar. Kurt is very helpful and knows everything about how to sail the Laser properly. He instructs you on and off the water and when the seminar is over he sent us videos that were narrated with comments as to what we were doing right or wrong. At the end of the day I was consumed but it was well worth it. It was a great experience.

My 13 year old son had a wonderful time at a laser sailing clinic with Kurt, and came away with so much knowledge and confidence! We would highly recommend Kurt and his clinic.

Kurt Taulbee's SailFit Seminar took a timid and confused beginner to being a confident and much improved Laser sailor. Kurt's coaching style is extremely effective; his holistic approach incorporates proper sailing techniques, applied boat and sail tuning, an individual strength and fitness regimen, and mental discipline, all focused towards improved racing. Participants of every ability showed huge advances in their performance; we could all see improvements in each other during the daily video briefs after our on-the-water sessions. The atmosphere throughout the seminar is encouraging, relaxed, and friendly, but you will sail the best you have ever sailed, and then take the videos home to continue to improve with Kurt's directed practice, drills, and corrections to replay.nIf you ever wished for a world class Laser sailor to watch over your shoulder while you sail, and coach you explicitly to improve your performance, this will be the best money you could spend! Oh, and the water is clean and pretty, too!

Kurt was absolutely brilliant! Was on my 'list' for some time - and exceeded all expectations! Sailing in Clearwater is definitely now ranking amongst some of the best experiences anywhere!.
