My Baristas were so nice! Such a vibe.
Customer service is terrible, rude.nnI have been here for three days and everyday the service is terrible.nnAlso screwed up my order twice and then when I brought it up they were completely defensive as if they could make a mistake

I went there the other day around 6am on a wednesday. I ordered two small parfaits and an egg white wrap. They charged me almost $18 for that I thought it was kinda high but wasn’t sure, so when I had gotten up to my room, I put all of what i ordered into the app and the total was $12. I contacted corporate, and they haven’t resolved my issue or even had the store contact me and it’s been 3 days. I would like my money back and i’m hoping writing a review would allow me to get an email or anything from anyone to try and resolve the situation
