I’m very disappointed! ud83dude14 I had enough points to get a free drink but they wouldn’t let me use them but you could use a gift card for Starbucks. The girl checking us out was not very nice . It was also very busy. In the line did not go by fast we were waiting for about a half hour. My drink was okay, it was very strong. It definitely wasn’t worth the wait though. I will probably not go back. I’ve been to way better Starbucks! ☹ufe0fud83dude14

Total disappointment! ud83dude14 Let’s just say it’s a disgrace to the Starbucks generation. The staff was colder than my drink! I ordered a mocha latte, and there was so much syrup that it tasted like chocolate cake batter. They were also out of strawberry açaí refresher as well as most of the other refresher flavors. It’s unfortunate because the location is great being near hotels and the beach.

Horrible service at this location and rude. They were out of everything we asked for. So we settled for bagels and they couldn't even get that right. Got cold bagels barley warmed and no butter. They did give us butter knives but no butter. We called to get a credit as we didn't have time to go back. They wouldn't even give us a credit and the manager was rude about it. Certainly won't be coming back to this Starbucks. This location is definitely not a true representation of the Starbucks brand.

Great food but very expensive, $17.95 for a lobster roll not counting your drink and fries. Very inconvenient location in regards to access and parking. Your clearly treating yourself which is fine. At those prices it's not a place you will visit regularly.

Overflowing cup all over me, flat out wrong food order, no covid precautions at all, way too many people inside. This is not a good Starbucks, out of the thousands I have been too, they don't know what there doing in comparison.
