Here I am at yet another Wawa being served by another cashier that doesn't greet customers. Even after I said hello first, which I always do because it's appropriate. I said hi how are you? And she said nothing smh. Seems Wawa doesn't include hospitality in their training. This was 11:25pm on 2/20/21 btw. You cashiers and management need to do better! I gave 2 stars for my cappuccino.
Went to this location today for lunch. All 3 registers were open. Got in line at the middle register because it had one person paying and the others had 2 or 3 in line. The guy in front of me paid and left so I stepped up to the register. The woman behind the counter yelled “Next person in line!” which at this register was me, but instead yelled to the man in the other line, “Sir, your next and made me look like a fool. 3 registers means 3 lines unless there’s a sign stating otherwise. This was rude and disrespectful.nOnly gave 1 star because I couldn’t select zero.nnI will not return to this location.
