Wish I could give less than one star. Been trying to get food delivered for weeks, but they are never available for delivery. When we went to pick up the order last night, they only had one of what was ordered and didn't even give us the marinara sauce that was supposed to be included, nor the 3 extra that I paid for.nnHorrible location, I wish they'd just close it so the one in Kenneth city would be our primary. At least they have pride in their work at that location.

Just not what it use to be. Large Pizza is more like a medium not much for toppings. What ever happened to a pizza you had a hard time picking up a piece. Because it was toppe.

Don't order online it took 2 hours for me to get a cold pizza. When I called to talk to the manager he informed me it didn't take that long plus they only have 2 drivers. They were not going to do anything about my order because I should have told the driver before they left. Called them tonight it took 1 hour for me to get my pizza that was fine because I ordered early to feed my kids on time however my pizza was cold again. I tried to catch the driver but she was to fast. I called to speak to a supervisor but kept being put on hold.

Oh my GOSH worst location ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Wake up corporate and shut down this location!! Or fire everyone! We ordered online and paid online, went to pick up our pizza at the pick up time and we’re told another 30 minutes, so I returned 35 minutes later and was told they were closed for the night and could not fulfill our order!!! They voided our ticket and said we will get our money back in 5 days!!! WOW. When my husband asked to speak to the manager the two people working there were “both managers” and didn’t know anything. ALSO they had masks hanging off of their ears and throwing pizza pans all over the floor!! EW! If you wanna get covid and not get pizza you ordered, come here. DISGUSTING!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! The delivery driver was 30 minutes late, the pizza was cold and had burned cheese all over it. We took the pizza back and the person in charge had an attitude from hell and smarted off to my wife saying!!! I can’t climb in the oven to watch it!!! We finally had someone refund our Card, no offer to replace our pizza. I will NEVER go back to this Pizza Hut again and would advise you all to stay away!!!
