A hidden gem! Place is hidden in the corner of the complex and can be easily missed but do yourself a favor and try their pizza or cheese steak.nnI walk in and the staff is in the back making the dough and shredding the cheese something you never see at the chains. I was hooked with the NY style pizza but the cheese steaks should be illegal as I'm afraid my abs are disappearing as their addictive.nnStaff is always friendly and willing to give you a deal if your a repeat customer. Easily my favorite hole in the wall pizza place that is hard to find but oh so worth it!

My pizza was sloppy and not made with any sort of care. The slices varied in size drastically. I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. The toppings were unevenly thrown on the pizza with some slices covered in toppings while others had none. Way too much sauce and the cheese was pretty gross. I had one slice and gave up. Don’t bother ordering from here. If I had time I would have gone back and asked for a refund.

I ordered BBQ wings and a small pepperoni pizza. When I got my order my wings were clearly medium or even hot wings. I tried to eat one and just couldn't do it. My pizza crust was burnt in some places. When I called to tell them the guy said that he watched the preparer and he definitely used BBQ sauce. Now I eat these BBQ WINGS often and these were not the same. He then said that maybe the other person may have added extra ingredients to make it taste better.nI asked when the manager will be in and he said that the manager was busy doing company things. It also really seemed like the guy on the phone was either high or impaired in some other way.nWhat is this company going to do to make my and others' experiences better? And I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Called for a simple 1 large pizza with 1 soda, cups and plates delivery. The company started out and gave the delivery driver the wrong phone number so I waited 1 hour and never saw him. He said he drove by and no body answered when he called.. The company is terribly unorganized. Oh but it gets worse. I had to wait another hour while the store lied to me again about the delivery drivers location and had to wait for him to come back and he didn't even bring cups or plates. I don't blame the delivery driver. He was nice and respectful. But management and basic customer service skills are non existent at this company.. please save time and order somewhere else.

Ordered a few times from them and the food progressively got worse each time. This time will be my last unfortunately. The pizza showed up over an hour after ordered(no biggie) but when it finally did show it was completely undercooked and smashed into the box. We could not even eat the food. Literally money thrown away. I called up and some kid answered and said we can’t do anything until my manager shows up tomorrow and he will call you. He calls and asks what happened, so I explain, he says best I can do is 50% off your next order. Ok, ok, maybe it was a fluke I’ll give it another shot, I had to call to verify the discount was in the system, it was, and it was 50% off of a small cheese pizza, which equals 6.99 off. Are you kidding me? And the guy on the phone says, sorry that’s all I can do man. Will never be returning here again.
