I have ordered from this particular restraunt three times now... I ordered on my app and they dont follow directions. You have options to cut in half add napkins add or subtract ingredients... This restraunt makes the sandwich and does not do anything else. Maybe if you were in the restraunt ordering they would do as asked..But not on the app. I typically order from work at the 4th street location and never have an issue. Just think someone would find this information helpful... I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Jimmy Johns next to Chipotle in the shopping plaza off 66th Street close to Tyrone Blvd is a great destination for good, delicious and delightful sub sandwiches! Be sure to use the mobile app as you will gain free items such as free chips or a free drink with your sub and of course the more points you get to add up before redeeming. The possibilities can become endless so be sure to use the app while ordering! Another great thing are the specific employees that keep Jimmy Johns running when they are backed up to the door and when I can walk right up and order at the counter. What makes this joint great is the communication among the team members even if you don't think they are talking to one another they communicate without your knowledge. Amazing!

Placed an order for a #6 full 16 inch and a half 8 inch sandwich. Only modification I asked for was to put mayonnaise on just one half side of the 8inch sub. The pony tail guy who took my order made a comment twice about how this made it more “complicated” for him to make it. I don’t think my request was unreasonable or complicated at all. Very rude service. To top it off the bread was stale as well. Deff will not be returning to this location again!

Paid $22 for our food and waited over 15 minutes for it. They apparently gave our sandwiches to someone else and then forgot about us. Had to wait for them to remake it. Then they made our sandwiches wrong and had to wait again for them to fix it. Horrible service.
