I have been very happy with DoorStepDelivery in Tallahassee. They have a very large selection of restaurants from which to choose, and you can always count on the delivery getting to you in less than an hour. I definitely recommend doorstep delivery to anybody who wants to have a fine dinner brought to their home
I normally cook a lot at home, but I recently had extensive surgery, making cooking difficult. It is no exaggeration to say that using Doorstep Delivery allowed me to come home from the hospital earlier and recuperate more safely. Doorstep Delivery has arrived before the promised time and the ordering software assures that you receive exactly the meal you want. When I have needed tech assistance, my calls have been answered promptly by a real, knowledgeable human.nnPS Don't forget to tip your delivery driver!
It refuses to load. Tried to shut my phone off, tried to clean history but nope. Refuses to load.
I used this service for the first time last week to order Mexican food and it didn't turn out the way we expected, but I'm giving a 4 star rating because DD made it right in the end. I understand that things happen and some things are out of our control, but we waited for our food for almost 2 hours. I'm not sure where the breakdown happened, either with the restaurant or the delivery service. Either way, DD gave me a full credit, which I wasn't expecting, nor did I ask for. For that, I am very happy and will definitely try the service again in the future.
My fiance and I order through DD at least once a week, it has been up 5x a week at times! They are great and usually arrive almost exactly at the scheduled time. If a problem does occur they are quick to fix it. Grant is wonderful at communication and customer service, especially. Great service, and one we'll continue to use for as long as we're in St. Pete!
