Very very bad chaotic service. Managers yelling cussing fussing at each other across the restaurant yelling screaming at employees employees yelling screaming at each other nobody knows where anyone's orders are unorganized poor customer service chaotic store

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I wasn't told a wait time. When I called back to ask how much longer will my order take I was told my order was on the road still no wait time. I ask to speak to a manager to so I could cancel my order the lady hung up on me. I really enjoy Hungry Howie's pizza . With this happening I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is unfortunate

We ordered three pizzas. For one we asked for half dairy free (no cheese or butter) because one of my family members has a severe dairy allergy. When we went to pick it up we asked to confirm that there was no butter on the crust. The lady told me that we had asked for butter crust even though I asked for plain. She refused to make us a new one even after we informed her of the severe allergy. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience there, last time they told us our pizza would be ready in 15 min but when 45 min had passed and we asked when we were getting our pizza, the lady behind the counter cussed at my step mom and yelled at her. We got home with the pizzas today just for there to be a hair in the food. Don’t go to this hungry howies

Went to this location for my grandchild's birthday pizza and Pam was so sweet and nice she even given us some birthday plates no extra cost and told us to tell him Happy Birthday little man! Thank again Pam for the great exp at this location :)
