I have been working for Circle K for 5 years and currently work this location. Reading these reviews, some make me saddened like the person who said they had buns and shook their butt. This is playful but disrespectful in the customer service industry. Sadly also, I may know who the clerk was. Geri is my Store Manager and Assistant from US19. We work on a daily basis to improve our service and our store has seen positive changes. New food service station and new-ish soda machine (yes, we have crushed ice.) My biggest concerns are the growth in merchandise theft, limitation as a single clerk to clean or even use the bathroom in peace and Circle K schedule changes on short notice. 100 % turn around. i have been coming into this store for 6 years and i have seen the ups and downs. The new manager is fixing these issues and the store not only looks amazing but the customer service is way better. when i come in i am met with a smile and good morning and that hasn't happened in a long time. Great Job
