Do not disclose all requirements ahead of time--specifically that they need to see cc at time of delivery (even though being delivered to a gated community where owner's address could have been easily verified). Could have saved a lot of time and trouble.
I have ordered from their Hollywood area and boca area before and it was a nightmare each time. The wait is over 2 hours and be prepared for all of the food to be cold. It's no big deal to them and they charge 28% over the cost of the food. If you do order from them I highly recommend not ordering any meat items as they might spoil.
Well this so called Delivery WOW - they delayed my order and were backed up for 2 hours, then I cancel my order and was advised it will be returned back to my account within 24-48 hours and THAT WASNT TRUE. It could take up to 5 days for a refund to occur. Since last week Thursday and tomorrow making it a week, is complete BS. I wouldn't recommend this delivery service to anyone. Thank you.
This so called business is a shame they don't know how to run a business ordered 2 hours ago and never received my food called the phone number on my invoice they tell me they never placed the food order what the he'll and plus they were going to charge me an extra 16 dollars added on to my order ito a joke and they are rude and just not meant to run a business someone shut them down!!
