Everyone was super nice here! The order was perfect. I’ve been coming here for awhile but my last experience here has made me a customer for life at this establishment. Customer service is amazing. They’re super busy here and they’re customer service doesn’t falter despite it.
The night manager is very helpful and corrected a problem we had with a delivery. The customer service here seems to be above average and they go out of their way to tell you what's happening with your pizza that you're about to pick up. I would definitely order from here again and even though there's occasionally been some challenges they have always come through in the end.
The only bad thing I can say is that they dont deliver to my area. But the pizza (thin crust supreme) is always good and the customer service (delivery to car in their parking lot with a smile) was good.
last week I ordered a pizza, the pizza did not come hot, They text me that the delivery had already left and the delivery was delayed an hour when I live 5 minutes from the Pizza Hut, I orden directly with pizza hut app and Pizza Hut send me the delivery with door dash , I call the store in royal palm beach and they told me that they couldn't do anything about the delivery ... bad service they have to do something to improve and give better service
