I had a full conversation with the girl that answered the phone when ordering pizza. I explained that I wanted it extremely well done. She asked if I wanted it burnt? I told her not to burn it but the cheese should be browned. Got home to find it was barely melted. Had to put it in my oven. You could see the individual shreds of cheese. This place used to take pride in their food. I guess now they don’t care. Plenty of competition around. Won’t be back.
Only ordered twice. First time - they brought the wrong order to me. Then when the order showed up, it was obviously cold. Fine chalk it up to a bad night. Just ordered again, said 45 min, took almost an hour and 15, asked for a well done pizza - the doughy piece of garbage that showed up wasn’t even fully done for a regular pizza. Doughy and awful. The mozzarella sticks we ordered are also MANGLED for some reason. I called and complained, the manager says he’ll refund it, I hope he does.
Just ordered multiple meals and was completely disappointed! Just received the most soggy fries I’ve ever had... ordered a chicken Cesar salad and there was like 3 pieces of chicken and the lettuce... nothing else... very disappointed for the price I paid... not going back
Try to order from them to support local business. But it’s been disappointment time and time again. Orders always incorrect, food subpar. Used to be a great local place but has gone downhill unfortunately. Dominoes gets it right more often than this place.
The service was absolutely fantastic. The only thing better than the service was the ud83cudf55 delicious pizza. My 3 and 5 year old ate there entire dinners. Great family atmosphere with everything sanitized and safe!
