This is a great little mountain/hill with a great view of the surrounding areas. There are lots of trails to get to the top. The trail that goes up the front is very steep and is less enjoyable than the easier trail that goes up the back of the P. Definitely a place you need to go before you can consider yourself a local.
Really fun short hike maybe like just a mile long. The entrance was a little hard to find
It's a great exercise to walk up there and totally worth it, it's got a great View and even my six-year-old was able to walk up there with me so you can make it a family event.
There is no good trail up it, most people just climb straight up, the real trail (as to stop erosion) is about thirty paces south of the gate. However, at the top its a nice view and its dun to mountian bike up there.
Very steep trail with lots of dusty, loose dirt and rocks, but the view is incredible.
