This is my local Starbucks and I have always loved it for the kind and friendly staff and of course the delicious coffee. Today I was able to see why this location has such wonderful staff members . The owner of the store had noticed a very sweet teen sitting on the patio passing time. She had ask him why he was waiting and he explained his situation. The owner then offered him to come inside and she was going to purchase him lunch while he waited. To see this type of compassion from the owner of the business fully explains why the staff is always so kind and courteous. I will continue to support this location and remember this interaction as a reason to pay it forward.
Good service. Food could have been better prepared.
I go here early morning during rush hour for hard core coffee drinkers. The service is always Very effecient and my flat white is always hot and fresh. ☕
I was at Starbucks today (12/5/20) when a rude, mean, and condescending customer refused to wear a mask and even threw the one given to him at the staff. They handled the situation well in order to protect other customers and staff. Kudos to the manger there.
