I ALWAYS have to wait way past the estimated time. ALWAYS!!! They literally have no cars in the drive-thru, no one in the lobby and I still have to wait for my order to be started. They always are chatting, doing nothing while my drink seats there waiting to be completed.
The staff was pleasant yet professional. They were knowledgeable about the menu thus were able to make suggestions.
Good, but very busy, expect a wait and avoid the drive thru
Efficiently run, kids are polite, they seem to be handling COVID protocols well also.
The staff, Carlos and Brianna, are so courteous, patient, funny and kind. They make my visits quite pleasant. This will always be my favorite Starbucks location all thanks to the great customer service and quality of drinks.
