Sophie has been my life coach since August 2017 and it was one of the best decisions in my life. I was very lost and didn't enjoy the route of going to therapy. She helped me grow as an individual, learn so much about myself and my own personal needs and also how to educate others on what your personal needs are. She will help you create goals that will help you grow in life and in turn find your inner happiness. Sophie isn't just a life coach or someone you just talk to, she genuinely cares about what you say and remembers what you say. From my experience with her I am able to create goals on my own and I am in a very good place thanks to her. Sophie Spiritual Life Coaching Program has help me to move so much closer to my goal of helping other to fulfill their life purpose. This program has given me the tools and knowledge I need to help me overcome some challenging things that arise as I was going through the program. I don’t believe I would have handled the situation as well if I didn’t have the tools I learned from this program. This program has also help me to love myself and to realize that forgiveness doesn’t means reconciliation and that it’s ok to hold my space when I need to. I am super excited to now take these tools and go out and change lives. I would highly recommend this program.
