I really wish I could give 0 stars. My office was having a big game party on Friday. I called on Thursday just after the store opened to inquire about delivery. I spoke to Becca who said I could place my order ahead and pay and it would be delivered. On Friday at 11:45 I called the store because there was no pizza delivered. An older gentleman answered the phone “I’m going to need you to hold on. I’m the only one here and I’m swamped. I would suggest you order only or call someone else if you expect to have something delivered.” (No “Hello”, no “thanks for calling Domino’s”.) Then he hung up. I decided to call back because 1. I placed the order yesterday (Thursday), 2. You already charged me. He then picked up the phone and this time said nothing. He left the phone off the hook. I can hear other people calling and he picks up and hang up. I could also hear people as they visited the store. He clearly forgot that he left me one the phone off the hook or he thought I hung up. I remained on hold for exactly 40 minutes and 43 seconds before hanging up. In the meantime my coworker drove over there to see what was happening and they hadn’t even started the order. That’s when he decided that he’ll start making it. By now lunch is over so we ended up canceling. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service.

well I keep calling they placed me on hold for 15 minutes and every 3 or 4 minutes he will click over and informed me that there is no driver's there and my food going to take forever without asking me my name if I'm even having a delivery because I always do carry-out you could check my account.he's very rude and they need to work on their people and they obviously need to hire more drivers because the way that this store is running today is absolutely unacceptable and I work in the food industry so I know what's acceptable.

Manager at that location is extremely rude.I live a mile from them and I am disabled, I’ve ordered four times with them before and got my order.this particular time I placed my order only to be told 20 mins later that they do not deliver to my area after 6pm. I think my account and they took the money out right away..website didn’t state that they do not deliver to me as I’ve ordered on 4 different occasions..I called the store to speak to the manager and he was so rude and belittled me and my disability. This location as to do better for PAYING customers.when I ask him what does he mean he doesn’t deliver to my kind of area after 6 pm he laugh and said You know what kind of area he means..this so unacceptable
