So whenever I come here, which isn't often enough, I ask for an iced mocha. Normally I need lots of sugar, but this is so creamy and smooth that it doesn't need sugar. I got here early enough to get a pastry and tried the lemon pound cake and wow. Delicious. I love how the dude behind the counter tells you about the coffee and to watch him make it is like watching art. Love it. You can see and taste the passion for the coffee.
Josh's passion for finding the perfect coffee chemistry as well as creating a space for rich community exceeds any coffee shop owner I've ever met. If people don't flock to Composition Coffee, and try it for themselves, may they blindly drink dirt. Don't go here if you want to sip burnt or rotten bean juice like the other coffee shops. I love the posh converted-warehouse vibes too, and I always feel welcomed even though I'm not a hipster. It is quickly becoming my favorite spot in West Palm. Cheers!

Just moved back to Palm Beach and this place is a gem! Josh the owner will make you only want to drink specialty coffee from now on. He makes pour overs and matcha tea lattes right now and they are delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and encourages you to sit and read or work for as long as you can. If you are in the west Palm Beach area you need to check this wonderful pop up shop out! You will not regret it.
Delicious coffee in a charming environment. Josh’s warm personality and vast knowledge of all things coffee made the experience all the more pleasant. Would recommend to everyone! :)
