store in the B concourse of palm beach airport is a complete mess. Two employees who worked at a snails pace with a line that was 15 deep. Then the coffee maker was texting and taking personal calls on his cell phone rather than focusing on customers which caused messed up orders and longer delays. Completely unprofessional and not starbucks type service. These employees should be ashamed and this store thoroughly reviewed!
