Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The lady behind the counter had criticized my order and the guy making them rolled his eyes and had an attitude. He proceeded to make the wrong order and when & handed it to me with an attitude. When I said the order was wrong he snatched it back and threw it in the trash before walking off to take his break. The other lady proceeded to make my order, again incorrectly. I am a billion percent willing to look past the wrong order, but the attitude?! Why?!! This was on Thursday, March 25 around 3:30 pm in case it is possible for him to be fired.

Possibly the worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever been served. I don’t even know what it is supposed to be, it just tastes like burnt coffee. Two women working, not very friendly. It’s not worth the effort of walking back over as I highly doubt it would be better the 2nd time. (Gate C.)

Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered. The two women working this morning carried an entire convo while everyone (including me) ordered. I ordered a chai with almond milk. I got the beverage, walked to my gate and the drink tasted like sour milk. Upon return to Starbucks, there was no one behind the desk. The employee was SITTING next to the Starbucks line watching me stand in line with my sour drink for a few minutes. I told her what happened. I still paid for the second drink. She didn’t check the almond milk.nAtrocious service. I haven’t seen anything like this in a while.

The drink I got was a Venti ice mocha. I liked the drink though I was wondering why the person (whom I won't name) made my drink without washing his hands or wearing gloves. During these times its a bit worrisome, they might have their own ways of checking (temp check and regular testing prior to working) but that made me uncomfortable.
