Ramona was especially helpful explaining how to reserve a large unit. I was surprised that all the PS locations near me were almost entirely full, so I needed to wait for turnover. It's important to visit the website often to Reserve a unit as soon as it becomes available. More importantly, Ramona offered to contact me when a unit became available -- and she did. She called and I reserved. The next day Ramona showed me around the well-maintained facility, the location of my locker and the best spot for my mover to unload. Excellent customer service.
We have had a unit at this Public Storage for over ten years. Romona and her staff are courteous and involved -and always available.nWe highly recommend this Public Storage.
Karen was instrumental in helping me find the right size storage at a great price. She asked all the right questions to determine my needs and provided great solutions. She was extremely patient while assisting me and other clients at her location. Karen was very personable and I truly enjoyed working with her.
