They always find a way to screw you they hold almost 70 dollars for a 19.99 van or truck i rented both on 2 separate occasions because I was helping my daughter move some stuff. To storage which they have at reasonable rates the first time I rented we actually put some miles on and had it for a day they held 68 that time also. I actually added up miles and charges and they charged me 15 dollars more than i should this last time i rented a van i had it 5 hours returned it 15 minutes before they closed put way under the miles they were holding my money returned it with more gas thsn i left with and they charged my card the 68 and then added another 10 dollars i should have got back at least 25 I guess they make the money up from having decent storage rates just plan on using another rental truck site !!!!!!!!!!!
