I appreciate the good price at Eminence Self Storage and the courteous service we received from Lola. Quick and efficient! We live out of the county and pass several storage sites to arrive at this one! Great job!

I am a senior citizen who put things n storage there. When i went to get it, there was no furniture there anymore and they are accusing me of taking it in the middle of the night. Had to live with no furniture and a cooler for fridge. And they refuse to reimburse me any of insurance i paid for

Had stuff there over 6 months, went to get it and the whole storage had been cleaned out even swept. Now about to go to court with them cuz they refuse to pay any insurance we paid for by saying they have no camera back there. Hnm
