I give it 3 stars because, even though the food was good, the attention was good the same but the waitress was practically throwing us out of the place, so that you understand we still had food and we were eating and she came to offer a container to bring the food. Then we were still eating when she came back with the dessert menu, then she came back asking if we were going to order dessert or if she printed us the bill so! The site closed at 9:00 and we were there at 7:30 I didn't understand the rush on her part. Again, the food and people there was good for people in a hurry.
Great food. However horrible customer service. Not sure what happen. This place has been awesome. I brought friends,family and co worker here. I pleased an order that cost $100. I was very specific on what I wanted I even repeated what I said to make sure the order taker would make it correctly. When it was delivered to me the order was wrong. I then called to re-order the same thing I ordered the first time they told me that they would have it corrected an deliver it again. They actually wanted me to give them the old order even during this time of Covid. I then decided after 45 minutes of not getting my one item called them asking them what is the status doesn’t seem to have been made spoke to the manager. Told the manager My complaint didn’t seem to have much of a solution told me he started there about a month ago told him that I would never order there again and he told me he couldn’t blame me... now readers let me ask you guys this does this sound like a good restaurant to you?
Excellent NY style pizza. Perfect before heading back to CO. You can't get a crispy crust pizza like this in Colorado. I do like the way you can eat the pizza with one hand and the center doesn't droop with the cheese falling off, like in Colorado. Frequently go back. Miss the old one that was in Downtown Delray on Atlantic.
I ordered the Catarina pizza which states “cherry peppers” are involved. They’re aren’t supposed to be EXTREMELY hot. Coming from a fan of spicy peppers, this was absolutely the worst pizza. So uncomfortable for me and my family to eat. I called to find out if maybe the wrong pepper was put on the pizza. They had zero sympathy for how extremely spicy it was and when I said I was in need of ordering a regular pizza from somewhere else, there was no mention of comping me at least a cheese pizza. The menu should indicate that their cherry peppers are more like ghost peppers. They don’t care. Order from Danny’s instead. They’re boynton locals and have way better customer service.
I recommend this restaurant and its location. Excellent attention, all very friendly, waiting to assist us minute by minute, the waitress really great. The chef who prepared our pizzas came out to ask us how they had been. The Rotelli pizza is rich as well as the four cheeses. We could not taste the arugula because the ingredient had already finished, maybe another day if we go early we could try it. My daughter ordered pasta with meat and she really liked it, good quantities. The an excellent place for a dinner with your family.
