Loving the new remote access feature at the gate. Their customer service is top notch. Selina was so helpful getting my wife and I started. Very polite and they keep the property clean which is great. Definitely would recommend.
Remote system makes things a lot easier when getting in and out. And they really take care of you with whatever you need.
Selena was great! She helped my brother and I find the right space for him, she was super friendly and very helpful after we had a few mishaps with finding the right lock. Lol. She made everything clear as far as the policy and how everything works. 10 out of 10
:D firstly, public storage has helped me quite a number of times, secondly- they definitely came to my rescue when there was difficulty with my account and everyone there is sweet as a cupcake. The employees are super nice, and they're on top of property management/cleanliness. I am very grateful for everything.
