Maryann has been excellent over the last month helping us secure a storage room and managing the account. Our initial unit was too small and she made it very easy for us to transfer into a larger unit. Her assistance and guidance and been exceptional. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Excellent service, great prices and clean, spacious location. There was an issue with my reservation when I checked in. Not only did Tina patiently take the time to fix the issue (that was not her fault), she was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She is definitely one of their BEST employees. I do not evaluate a company based on its mistakes. Every company makes mistakes. It's how they address them that matters. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

I got a storage unit here in January 2020 for $111 a month, and in 14 months there has been TWO “price adjustments”. I’m now all the way up to $149.99 starting 4/1/2021. That’s an INCREASE of 35% in just over a year, in the middle of a pandemic with people out of work & struggling to pay bills. Nicely done Public Storage, great way to be there for the community in these trying times.

We just rented a unit yesterday. When we went to put some things in the unit today we notice the lights were not on, it felt a little unsafe. We called later that morning and spoke to Maryann and told her about the issue she quickly offered a different uint that had better light, and also said she would report the problem to be fixed as soon as possible.nMaryann was very nice and really cared about how we felt and made the issue go away. Thank you Maryann

Went this am to upgrade storage. There was a glitch in the system but Maryann (PM) and Rachel (DM) Worked out wit IT and were very efficient and professional during the process. I think this location is the BEST and love the employees. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. My rating for them would be 100%
