This is the only place I would store my things in Orlando. Extremely secure and safe, always exceptionally clean and tidy. Melissa always provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.
Melissa went to extra trouble to solve a billing problem. My contract with public storage did not require her to, yet she pursued the issue with her Director and then proactively called me back to say that my concerns were alleviated. How very kind and reassuring to know that a business professional still actively cares about solving customer issues.
