I could not be happier with my first experience here.nI was really hesitant about storing my things anywhere and worried about how much it was going to cost me. Turns out Public Storage has very cheap realistic rates and very friendly speedy service. I had all my questions and concerns addressed and clarified for me. The property manager was very clear and honest with me about everything and welcomed me so very kindly. I am so thankful.nI had initially reserved a unit online and had planned a contactless experience with moving things to storage due to COVID-19. Reserving the unit was as easy as calling the number provided for the location online and telling the representative how much space I would be needing and then being sent the information to make a payment and gate codes through email and also text. However, due to a busy day on the scheduled move in day and not knowing if the unit I reserved was going to be big enough since I had not yet seen it in person, I decided to go into the office. I was met by a very kind up beat lady who was more than eager to give me a tour of the property and show me my reserved unit as well as other units in my price range if I wasn't satisfied with the one picked for me over the phone. I did end up needing to jump into a larger unit but it was only 1$ more. I couldn't believe the amazing deal. I had many questions since I had never had a storage unit before and she answered all of them in the nicest manner possible. It has been a long time since I was met with such professionalism and concern for my needs as a customer and renter of anything. I highly recommend this place not only for the hospitality but also for the great prices.

Had to change units multiple times due to my bad estimates. Casey, however, was wonderful. She didn't get flustered she just willingly, and with a smile, changed the paperwork as many times as necessary. Very professional and courteous. Will use this place again.

Moving is hard and stressful. The girls that work here really do their best to alleviate that stress. Thank you. Also that dampcheck thing is doing work in my closet at home too!

Josh was an AMAZING HELP! He went above and beyond with service and made sure all was right when I was setting up my unit. Very great experience and will definitely tell friends about this location. Josh was very personable and respectful as well as being on top of everything. A++++. See you soon!
