My son's birthday was coming up and I wanted to surprise him with some cupcakes made by a local baker. I currently live in Beijing, China and had no one to deliver them to him. I first called ASAP and they referred me to Business Express. Jason, the dispatcher, was friendly, personable, and very professional. He made me feel confident that this special order would make it there without a hitch.nThe cupcakes arrived in perfect condition and on time.

Business Express Courier Service was quick to help when I needed a package picked up and delivered for a family member on short notice. The price was great and the driver Tom was efficient. It all got there well ahead of schedule. I am very thankful I found them as they really helped my family out when we needed it. I will be giving their information to others who might need their services as it was a lifeline for a daughter who needed to help her parents from out of state.

I would not recommend these people what so ever, professional is the last thing they are, can not be trusted. I Paid them to pick up and delivery important legal documents and they delivered them to the wrong address. Instead of hand delivering the papers they simply slipped the papers under the wrong persons door. If they were actually professional and hand delivered the papers they would have known it was the wrong address and person. Now some unknow person has my private legal documents and Im out 36 dollar's. They made no attempt to correct there mistake or reimbursement.

I had received a phone call this morning from and employee who was verifying my address, and who obtained the gate code from me so that the driver could get into my complex.nLater on, while at work, I received a call from the delivery driver asking where I was... I had informed her that my package was supposed to be dropped off at my front door without needing a signature. She said she needed to authorize that with her supervisor and the pharmacy, so I told her I would have my sister come sign for my package and she would be there in less than five minutes. By the time my sister got there (2 minutes after the phone call) the driver had left.nI called the driver who sent my call to voicemail first, and then answered the second time to her telling me she had left, pending approval from her supervisor and stated I would be getting a call from the office.nWhen I received that phone call I was met with an employee who was very rude to me and stated I had told their employee this morning that I would be home all day.. I never said such a thing, nor was I asked by that employee if I would be there to sign or not. The gentleman made me feel as though this was all of my fault and that I had majorly inconvenienced them by not being home.nThis could have all been avoided had this company been in proper contact with the pharmacy and understanding of my directions for the package to just be dropped at my door step since I would not be home.nInstead I was met with back and forth phone calls causing me a lot of unnecessary frustration and stress.

Called us today to say they would be here between 1:30 and 5:30.Came at 5:45.Update use them all the time now and they are always on time.
