I love the restaurant, the coffee is the best.
Went here for lunch. The food was good but they are not following Covid-19 restrictions. They allowed customers to come in with no masks. People walking into and out of the kitchen not wearing masks. One older woman (owners mom?) went into the kitchen not wearing a mask. Went into the bathroom not wearing a mask. Walked through the dining area not wearing a mask. Very disappointed
The young lady working here is a SUPERSTARnThe place overall deserves like 3.5-4 stars; it’s a good, no-frills, local, diner with the standard options. Full, good people, mostly patient. But the server is running the whole show. As I write this she has 10 tables and 5 of us at the bar, and has to answer the phones, cash out the orders, handle the Uber Eats tablet, prep her own toast, make her drinks for her tables, it’s nuts. I grew up in this business, and continue to be in the business to this day, and she’s a rockstar. To the owners - she needs back up. Help her out, and whatever you pay her, give her a raise, she deserves it.
Great food... reasonably priced... great service... a good local spot for breakfast & lunch... give them a try!
