Today my wife and I had ordered a drink but the lady, who was wearing a red jacket and Haitian bandana and was working at about 1:35pm today, said she couldn’t make it and instead of asking for something different, she told us to go to another two Starbucks around the area. We refused and simply asked for another drink, but she was more talkative with her two other workers (one male and female, both Caucasian) and they didn’t even announced it was ready for us. The drink was just placed there for who knows how long. Never have we ever experienced terrible service at this Starbucks and will definitely not recommend to anyone unless you want mediocre service from unprofessional people.

Convient for in Target location, but the service is horribly slow and they still won't let you sit in. Staff needs more training on efficiency

It's a small Starbucks, although the employees are very nice they don't even serve Bagels. They allow you to get the bagels from the bakery right next to it though.

The atmosphere is good but how can you run out of mocha everyday? This is the closest starbucks to me and everytime I go to get it after work, the guy is always out of mocha! Maybe that's how he turns customers away because he doesnt want to serve anyone. Mind you, I go around 6 and they dont close till later.

Terrible service every time I go there their computer is down never can put a order in teen age employees that don't wanna work act like they're busy cleaning.... BS SERVICEnDD IS THE WAY TO GO
