Delivery driver with a white mini van was speeding and driving wrecklessly through my Dommerich Estates neighborhood. I was concerned for the safety of my son playing in our driveway. Driver needs to be taken off the road and trained on proper driver safety.
I placed an order for delivery at 10:30 pm. By 11:10pm the delivery had not arrived. I called twice with no answer. So I drove to the location to find out why and turns out, they were closed even though the hours on the door specifically state that they close at 12am. Considering I placed my order at 10:30pm, they decided to stop orders an hour and a half early. I was still charged for the order and the charge on my account hasn't been resolved so I am extremely disappointed.
Writing one star because I have to.. if there was an option for 0 stars I would have picked it. I ordered delivery over 3 hours ago from this location only to find out that they are outside of our delivery range which wasn’t before mentioned.. it has now been 3+ hours and I was told to call another location and this store in particular wouldn’t process my order for delivery. Nobody figured to call me to re confirm my address or order, Wow!
Very reliable Dominos location. The food is always made well, from appetizers to toppings spread. When I pick up, they are prompt to come outside for payment; curbside delivery in effect. When they deliver, they follow instructions right to the door.
My food is always very fresh and exactly what I order each time!! I appreciate that someone is always there to confirm what I order whenever I pick it up in person.
