Your customer service was fantastic! My iPhone battery has needed replaced for a while and I was about to get a new phone ( that I didn't really want to spend the money on), because I wasn't sure that a new battery would be worth it. I stumbled on reviews for this store and thought for $50, I would give it a try. Justin did a wonderful job, and the work was done quickly and well. The battery came with a warranty and it has only been a couple of days, but seems to be going strong. I don't need to keep my phone plugged in constantly. Great service all around. Will definitely recommend.
Fast, efficient service. They decided they could. Better suite me with another technician the following day for another phone I needed work on and I had no problem coming back in. Great service.
Went with my sister. She needed to have batteries in two watches replaced. The clerk came out and informed her that he couldn't get the battery out of the watch. At which point my sister looked at the watch - it was dented and dinged where he had attempted to pry it open and essentially ruined. When she pointed this out, the clerk acted like he could not have cared less - almost as if he was annoyed that she had the nerve to point out to him that he had ruined a $300 watch. Not the most expensive watch of all time, but it wasn't just costume jewelry, either.
Had my phone repaired here. Tech was awesome and had it done in 40 min. Saved me from my sins of trying to repair it myself. Highly recommend phone repairs here.
