They rekeyed my entire house, as well as installed a few new locks and made other small adjustments. Their recommendations were great and I felt I was getting expert advice. No issues in accommodating a few extra requests once they were on site.
Greg arranged to view the door lock problems I had. He was on time and found a good solution to avoid replacing the entire entry door. He put a metal 'wrap' around the door knob area that was screwed into both sides of the door and also chiseled out some deteriorated wood from the door so now the latch is screwed into the wrap and not the bad wood. He also added a commercial grade latch strike into the door jam and several tapcon screws into the hinges so the entire door frame is secured to the block frame. All that and more for under $200.

Bought a new home & wanted to have locks that were (much) better than what you can get at the big box stores. Marc came out for an initial face-to-face consultation to look at my doors & find out what I wanted. Greg came back a few days later with the new locks & installed them. There was a problem with my front door that required him to order another part & Greg came back a few days later to install the part at no additional charge. The new part didn't work as expected so Tony resolved the issue a few days later. I'm sure having to make multiple visits is unusual but it says a lot about their commitment to making sure that the work is done right! Everyone I dealt with at Affordable Lock & Security Solutions were very friendly & informative throughout the entire process--I also really appreciated the emails & phone calls for the follow-up visits. I am extremely happy with my new locks & would definitely use them again.
