I asked the girl in the front for a pen to put names on each happy meal because they were 4 going to different houses....she was making believe she forgot...then asked the manager..the manager said get her a pen with a very poor customer service long face....I finally left because I was ignored... incredibly incredible
This morning, my car's battery randomly died in the drive thru. Two of the gentlemen that work here pushed my car into a spot for me, and even comped my breakfast for me. They made a situation that could have been embarrassing and distressing (especially for myself as someone who suffers from a severe anxiety disorder) so much more tolerable. This location is always on point, but the breakfast crew is stellar. Kind and helpful employees are a sign of good management. Please give these people a raise!
I'm basing my score solely on the Cuban sandwiches and the 4 leches they have...mainly the 4 leches desert, it's amazing. You're going to get an unassuming plain little cup. Even when you open it you think meh nothing special here but get a taste and wow... dang it talked myself into heading over right now lol.
I always get great service at this location. Madison was so nice and enthusiastic, I did this review right in the drive thru! Madison deserves a promotion :)
Their drive thru rocks 95% of time. Food is always served fresh and hot too. Friendly workers. My neighborhood MickieD’s. Plenty of choices on the dollar menu to feed yourself and family. Very ethical and fair minded American company!
