This rating is for the new flagship First Watch opened up in Winter Park, Florida. I tasted the banana pancakes for the first time and was blown away. The pancakes were moist and flavorful. I made the mistake of ordering two pancakes; one is enough for even the hardiest of appetites. If I am not mistaken, my server’s name was Valentine, and she was awesome! From first recommending the banana pancakes to her pleasant demeanor and professionalism, she was a gem!nFirst Watch is expensive, but it was worth every penny.
