I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the slowest and most unorganized Jimmy John's I have ever dealt with. When we order from work, they are always over an hour late and are literally 5 mins down the street from my place of employment. I called just today to get an update on our order, as it is again OVER AN HOUR LATE. The gentleman that I spoke with had the nerve to tell me, everything is out for delivery. So then I asked how long it would be until our food is delivered, he said it will be there shortly. Define Shortly. Very unprofessional. And the money is never refunded either. They need to clean house and bring in capable and reliable employees. This is unacceptable. Hoping that one day my company listens to me and stop ordering from these slow pokes. Fast food...SLOW RESULTS.
I have always loved their sandwiches and so forth there was a. Where I had was eating there twice a week when finances could afford it but they are a great wonderful place
Gross! Jimmy Jones need to retrain their staff on appearance, body hygiene and appropriate attire when serving food. I should have used my good scenes to walk out the door as soon as I laid eyes on the two staff but I didn't have much time as I am on the clock. The guy making my sandwich looked disgusting. His beard was unkept and length down to his lower chest. That rats nest was hovering all over the food and beard. Of course I found of the face pebs on my sandwich. I didnt bother going back. Just a lessoned learned to about face when seeing nasty staff around food.
Worst Jimmy John's I have been to... And I tried to give them a chance several times, but they've not improved... They do NOT listen to you and don't care what kind of order you want. Employees are always rude or short with you. Nobody wears masks.nWill not be going back there again!
We came and ordered pickup for few times. Enjoyed the sandwichs but wish the staff would wear masks for protections.
