Quick line and drink is most of the time prefect. Ashlyn was very nice and gleeful while she took my order. It always brightens up my day.
Its starbuck don't feel like you have to said much more. Staff was polite and friendly.
This Starbucks has a very nice staff, usually pretty clean, a little short hours on weekends, and slightly more expensive than offbase which is fine to me. BUT i started counting recently how many drinks i have had messed up in one way or another and, out of the past 10, there were 2 that were made to my order. It's unfortunate but ill have to go off base from now on.
Slowest Starbucks in the world. Same thing everyday takes 20 minutes to get a pre made coffee. Not managed properly since even 3-4 employees can't get anything done fast. Regularly lines are 10 people long.People have to go to work they don't have time to wait for one employee to take orders and then prepare while other employees are running around doing prep work that should be done in the early morning
Very understaffed, and very inexperienced! In addition two people came to type my drink in (the first gal was newish), and even after that, they still got it wrong. I’m not normally a complainer, but when you have an allergy problem you want it the healthiest way. Also, if there weren’t 10+ people waiting behind me I would have asked for a refund. For $5+ a drink you just want it to be right.
