As someone who is following a eating regimen. It was amazing to find “get my meals” in Miami, when I moved from NY for a 3 month stay. Their meals are delicious and varied. You have a choice to substitute and choose which calorie intake you would prefer to utilize. Their biggest strength is their customer service. They answer your questions timeously and delivery service is spot on. They haven’t let me down ONCE. Have been using them for a month now.

Excellent service. Food is delicious and nutritious. I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks on the 900 calorie plan! Super convenient too!

I visited Miami for a week and needed a meal prep service.nnTheir food was amazing and on top of that, their customer service was incredible.nnKim reached out before the meal was to be delivered to let me know when the food was arriving, they sent a pic of the food on my doorstep, and then followed up afterwards.nnWill definitely use them again next time I'm in town!

I’m a full time working mom ( by full time I mean like 50-60 hours a weekud83dude05) so that being said I have little to zero time to cook anything. I rather be spending my little free time I have with my son or doing chores around the house. Athleticsfit has helped sooo much! Their food is AMAZING. Every week is something different and it has pushed me to try new things. They are affordable and healthy. Not to mention the customer service is A++. Highly recommend
