I will never order from this dominos ever again i waited 30 minutes while the delivery driver drove around in circles after i called the manager and he advised he will call the delivery driver i still waited 20 minutes to see the tracker had said delivered and i did not receive it after contacting the manager once again he advised that i can go and pick it up a new order, when i was about to the park i received a call from the workers that were working at my house advised that they received the pizza. a whole cluster to get a pizza that got to my house looking like it had been folded and thrown around

My Dominos App reported my order as Delivered, 30mins before my food actually arrived. Our driver cited “traffic” as his reasoning for such timing, despite not offering any text notification to let me know of his timeline. I imagine this location is prioritizing quotas and numbers over quality service - not highly recommended. Wait until local pizzerias are open in the later evening!!

Ordered at 8:39. Delivery left the store at 11:02. Driver was Max. Store was located 4 minutes driving distance. 4101 north Jefferson. I will be reporting the store to corporate in the morning when the offices are open. I work for the hotel and I will make sure I let thousands of guests at the eden Roc … fontaine blue and Nobu know how terrible this location is and make sure they never order from this location. I want the store manager fired and will work with corporate to make sure the store is investigated. The food was ice cold when it arrived. Keep in mind the store was located 4 minutes away.

Ordered pizza over the phone. Was calling 6 times to reach them. When I finally place an order and arrived , they made for me completely wrong pizza. When I mentioned this is not what I order I was told by women that working there “ or you will take this pizza or you gonna leave, we not gonna make anything else for you” it’s so disrespectful! The worst service ever! If you don’t like your job, and don’t know how tall to people you better find yourself a new one!!!!

We ordered pizza and were less than a mile away at a hotel. The delivery driver was 20 min later than the times scheduled and the pizza was cold. Terrible. Do not recommend.
