My apartment manager is super unresponsive so after an hour of waiting I called Enzo's security services and Alex helped us get in within 20 minutes of calling. He was super nice and the service was reasonably priced. I called to get a quote and was charged that amount whereas I've heard other places tend to tack on additional hidden fees. Definitely recommend since most of the other locksmiths I found quoted around twice as much as Nova charges.
Best lockout service! Very friendly and helpful guy. Showed up in 20 minutes at 1:30 in the morning! And very reasonable fee.
