Its okay. I normally order a java chip frappe but on occasions they forget to add mocha sauce. Once they even made me a different kind when i ordered a java chip. I really hate how with the mobile app you have to pay a minimum of 25$ to reload the card. Why cant i just do a one time purchase on the app????
My new favorite place. Every one is nice. They give you a smile and great service even when the line is going around the corner. The service is not slow, it's just that busy.
There is belligerently unprofessional staff here. I come here everyday for the last 5 years. Always been treated professionally. Today, a man tried to take my order, when I asked are you ready to take my order (after he told me to wait a moment), he said “obviously”. When I asked his name, he said do I need to call the police! He came outside threatening me and when I asked who the on-site manager was he threw up his arms in an aggressive gang like manner showing his apron which said shift supervisor. He told me to back out of the line. I’m appalled...
Great food, super friendly staff, always great character. They charge convenient prices and the food quality is excellent. Keep it up.
