..it's McDonald's. Enough said
They need more staff or something because the line is to long to be fast food. Cars leaving out of the line, this only happens at night. Food tastes good, that’s not the issue here. Hire better employees!
I've waited 45 minutes and 35 minutes during my last two visits, which will surely be my last. On my last visit, they forgot one of my fries. The good that I did receive was freshly prepared and the service is friendly, so they get 2 stars.
So, this place isn't horrible but the cashier I got one evening completely destroyed the experience. The young lady was standing there with her back towards me stuffing her face. No one acknowledged me until I waved to get there attention. 20 people in the back and not one inkling of the basic customer service one should expect from a McDonald's. The kiosks at the front aren't even working, they're covered so I couldn't order before walking up to the counter.nnI went back a few days later and she was gone. Apparently, I was not the only victim. Anyway, everything else from this location is just fine. They've even hired a person to clean the tables and seats after every customer. At least they know how to implement strategic changes to their processes.
Went for Birthday Party (80th) with 8 people. Service was 5 stars. Steaks were very good. However Steak Diane sauce was strange. Everything else ways great. Wonderful old SF atmosphere
