Dezerland Park Miami

This place is a complete joke and a total ripoff. Serious lack of management and professionalismnnI’m happy to elaborate. We come here often, usually spending at least a few hundred dollars between the arcade, obstacle courses, trampolines and the race track. I have twin boys and they enjoy all of the attractions. Usually the go carts are a lot of fun. We would come, they would see how well the boys drive and let them race at a fast pace. On this visit / it seemed that they had changed the policy. Now, instead of keeping the races flowing one after another - they have a set schedule. We did not know this nor was it explained to us. I purchased three races for each Child at about 1:30pm. When we tried to enter the track we were told the next kids race was at 2:15. We waited. At 2:15 they finally got to race but the carts were throttled down all the way down. The speed was a joke, barely faster than a 12 volt ride on car you find at Walmart. I asked about this and the response was that they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for the manager. He came after 20 minutes. He refused to give us a refund and told us that he could add extra races to our package and then told me that the kids could race again at 5:15. Not wanting to wait another 3 hours for a slow race I asked for a refund. The manager’s response was that his system didn’t allow refunds and there was nothing he could do.nnAs for the arcade - we have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at the arcade. My kids love the games. There’s a great variety and selection. The problem is that Even after spending $100 or so, and after gathering a lot of tickets, when you get to the redemption counter, You’re lucky if you’ve earned enough tickets to get a few pieces of candy. It’s very demotivating for the kids and makes the whole experience feel like you’ve just been ripped off.nnThe virtual reality options are amazing. The value is good if you get a one hour unlimited pass - but assuming they have enough staff to set you up and start your rides - which isn’t always the case

We brought my son and some of his friends for a birthday party for him. They enjoyed the trampolines and the video games. I enjoyed the video games and the 3D arcade. My suggestion to you is to eat before you come. The $17 cheeseburger is basically a frozen Walmart patty. The pizza is frozen and not worth the money. The French fries are probably out of McDonald's dumpster. The food is not worth the money.

This place is so much fun and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. They also make sure to clean the equipment after every use. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

I LOVE this place for my kids, the games are great, although I do have to say some of the staff were really rude when speaking to my kids.. We also used to love coming to the go karts, but new management now lowered the speed for the kids, so it’s now boring for them, I used to come every week and now they quickly want to leave when before they wanted to stay here for hours and hours.. they said they had an incident about a month ago where a girl “crashed” the go kart and her parents called the police and made a whole show.. it’s not fair that the rest of the kids and parents have to pay for overreacting parents! Please bring back the regular speed for the go karts.

I love racing karts , and here you can enjoy and feel the adrenaline rush when you speed up racing others drives. If you really like driving and speeding without getting a ticket then Dezerland is the best thing to come to. Highly recommended!
