I was served by a young lady named Samantha, beyond cordial, humble and attentive. Without going into detail lets just say it was one of the best if not the best experiences I've had at Little Cesar's Pizza. Thank you for such great hospitality.
Order was placed through the LC app at 4:02 pm to allow it to be ready by the time I arrived since I was 10 minutes away and the LC app advised a time of 4:17-4:22pm. I arrived at 4:20 pm and my name was not displayed on the screen. I didn’t want to go in since their was other customers and I could see names on the portal from outside. I was tired of waiting (4:40pm) and since I saw people coming in and out with pizza’s, I decided to walk in and ask, that’s when she pulled a pizza from a rack. Why wasn’t it loaded into the pizza portal? Since I didn’t want to be near other customers due to COVID, I decided to leave. What a mistake not checking the pizza before leaving. The pizza was burnt and cold since it was not in the Pizza portal or one the the hot cabinets behind the cashier.
Waited 35 minutes for a single pizza, when I got home the pretzel pizza I ordered was completely drenched in salt, couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. Probably never coming back.
Stood at the counter forever, they finally come and the guy doesn’t know how to put my simple 5$ Lunch order in so I’m stuck waiting 15 minutes while he gets it just to be told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done. Nothing Hot n Ready about that, these kids need to be retrained.
Had a very good experience in this place with my wife. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just awesome. Prices are affordable.
